How do I need to prepare my laundry?

Ensure there isn't any delicate clothing such as sheer, lace, and chiffon fabric mixed in with your usual laundry, like tees and jeans,  when preparing your clothes for pickup. Make sure all the clothes’ pockets are empty. While we will do our utmost to ensure that all your belongings are safe, we can't guarantee that items won't get lost or broken in the machine.

For the pickup service, you can put the laundry in any type of bag such as a hamper, grocery bags, or trash bags.

Do I need to sort my clothes?

Your clothes will be sorted as part of the service. As a general rule, light colors, dark colors, and whites should all be separated before being washed.

However, if you believe your garments require special attention such as delicate or dry-clean-only items, place them in a separate bag with a note attached. You can also inform the driver of your request.

If the laundry service manager considers that a garment will benefit from being dry-cleaned, they will contact you for approval.

What about any special requests?

Do you have a preference for a fabric softener, detergent, or bleach? Are there certain items that require air drying? Make these requests known, either by letting our customer service know or by providing a note attached to the bag. The driver can also write it down for you.
